If you are pregnant or postpartum, this workshop is for you. Learn about perineal massage before baby and scar massage after baby (for C-section scars, and perineal repair scars after episiotomy or tearing). Learn how to reduce leakage, pelvic pressure, pain with sex, diastasis recti, back pain, etc. Learn safe ergonomics during baby wearing, lifting/carrying a baby, lifting/carrying a car seat, feeding a baby, and completing everyday household chores. Learn mindfulness, breathwork, gentle mobility exercises, and meditative practices to support your body, support your pelvic floor, reduce stress, and promote mental wellness. Balancing parenthood with self care may seem intangible - this workshop will teach you realistic ways to incorporate self care into your everyday life.
